We meet and greet and get to know you and your project and the unique requirements required for a smooth transition of your project process schedule to establish the project specification and discuss the required materials specification based on the project application area.

Our planning phase begins when we select team to delivery on the specifications of your project. No two fitouts are identical, so each team is selected based on their unique skills and experience that will add value to the project process.
STEP 03
DESIGN
DESIGN
At this point we know the client well and the project. We present drawing designs and options for on site installation based on our years of experience formed from the clients wish list in step 01 of the process. We coordinate with all trades and suppliers to ensure that there is complete clarity of of time and budget delivery.
You will have an on-site project team throughout your project who will provide you with a weekly report outlining progress, hours worked and photographed works.
STEP 04

COST
After finalising on the design process and material selections approved in step 03, we deliver a presentation with excellent teams of subcontracted partners so we can align your project with the best in the necessary trades. Our in-house Surveying team work on your behalf to produce a clear budget recommendation, which will be explained to you in full. There is transparency and honesty at all times and you retain complete control of expenditure.

DELIVERY
Work commences on your project and will be delivered on time that exceeds your expectations. There will be pre-handover for you and your staff. There will be the highest quality in all aspects of the work we do for you. We want your project to be our best project to date.
